Ashif S. Merani

Ashif was called to the Alberta Bar in 1998. He holds an LLB and a B.A. with a major in Political Science and a minor in History, both from the University of Calgary. In 1986, Ashif obtained a Diploma in Cinema, Television, Stage and Radio Arts from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and went on to produce the Norm Edwards Morning Show on C-JAY 92FM.  

Ashif is a senior lawyer and has provided counsel to clients in a diverse range of sectors including clean-technology, software-as-a-service, technology, cannabis, industrial, manufacturing, mining, land development, retail, franchises and professional services businesses. Ashif provides the following legal services:
